HIGHLY STRUNG is a professional coverband based in Melbourne and Geelong, Victoria. We’re available for a range of functions and celebrations – pubs and clubs, birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, corporate functions, Christmas parties … and more! Whatever your occasion, wherever your venue and whoever your audience, HIGHLY STRUNG will provide great music and entertainment – all at a reasonable price.

The HIGHLY STRUNG sound is the secret to our success. We specialise in great renditions of classic songs. We don’t play half-baked or thin-sounding versions of tired old tunes – nothing is performed ‘live’ until it sounds almost as good as the original! HIGHLY STRUNG’s repertoire covers more than 120 songs across a range of genres – and we are always adding new material.

Our five musicians are the key to our great sound. With tons of talent, dual male and female vocalists and more than a century of combined performing experience, HIGHLY STRUNG can handle just about any musical scenario – from timeless 50s and 60s rock classics … to recent ‘top 40′ hits … to sultry dinner music or ballads … through to 80s pop favourites and head-banging party-starters. And yes, we do consider requests (time permitting).
